1. What Lookout is

Lookout is a free mod and desktop app for Minecraft 1.8.9 on Hypixel. It shows Bed Wars statistics in your tab, marks nicked players, and can show alerts. These terms apply to the mod, the app, the website and the Lookout API. By installing or using Lookout, you accept them.

2. Using Lookout on Hypixel

Stats overlays are widely used but are not on Hypixel's list of allowed modifications. You use Lookout at your own risk; we are not responsible for any action Hypixel or a client takes against your account. Lookout sends no extra game packets and plays nothing for you. Its only automatic command is one /who per game when the tab is missing players, which you can turn off.

3. Access

Lookout is free and needs no account. It runs on Windows with Lunar Client (1.8.9) or the Minecraft launcher with Forge 1.8.9. Account features (when launched) use Discord login and are for people aged 15 or more, or younger with a parent's agreement.

4. What you must not do

• Use the Lookout API outside the mod, scrape it, or try to get around its limits.
• Share, sell or publish modified versions of Lookout.
• Use Lookout to reveal who is behind a nick, or to harass players.
• Send false or abusive cheater reports (when launched).

We may block access to the API or to account features for anyone who breaks these rules.

5. Cheater reports and tags (when launched)

Report only what you saw, with evidence, in good faith. A report becomes a tag only after a person reviews and accepts it. A tag says that reviewers found a report convincing at a given date; it is not proof and not a statement by Hypixel. Any player can appeal a tag by writing to contact@lookoutmc.fr, as explained in the privacy policy. Tags from other providers (such as Urchin) are theirs and follow their rules.

6. Your account (when launched)

You can unlink your Discord account at any time; your data is then deleted within 30 days. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after telling you why when possible.

7. Ownership

Lookout's code, logo and design belong to its publisher. You get a free, personal, non-transferable licence to use Lookout. Minecraft, Hypixel and the other names belong to their owners (see the legal notice).

8. No guarantee

Lookout is provided as is, for free. Statistics come from Hypixel and may be late or missing. The service may change, pause or stop, and features can be switched off remotely if they cause problems. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, such as a lost game or a sanction on your account.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes, and important changes are announced in the app.

10. Law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of your own country's consumer law. Contact us first at contact@lookoutmc.fr; any dispute goes to the competent French courts.
